Recipes for Inner Peace is the result of three things: a conversation with my friend John McMahon as we mulled over the challenge of bringing Emotional Fitness® to a waiting world, a collaboration with chef Robin Harnish, who has taken much of my training and now runs her own restaurant in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and my personal desire to write a short, simple book that will resonate with everyone and bring them the inner peace they seek.


The territory that this book will take me into is largely unmapped. What I know is that I will put my energies into presenting Recipes for Inner Peace to as many people, organizations, book and other retail stores as possible in as many cities and countries as will have me. The purpose of this is to open the door to those who want to have individual coaching or training in the powerful life-enhancing processes of Inner Balancing.


My intention is to support those who are trained as coaches or instructors so that many more people are able to receive the benefit of this work. I have written the book as a resource to all counsellors, coaches, psychologists and others working to enhance people’s emotional health. I hope that those professionals will find that the book is the perfect self-help item for their clients, just as corporations will see it as the ideal gift of appreciation for their employees.
