$95 to Licensed Coach or Instructor Members. 

$180 to Non-members with prior EF coach training.

PURPOSE 

To enhance the skills of Emotional Fitness Coaches to lead group workshops using Emotional Fitness tools.

APPROACH

Experiential. Participants will identify the group(s) they wish to work with and plan and present (part of) a workshop/workshop series using  Emotional Fitness tools.

LENGTH

4-6 Weeks depending on number of participants

October 14, 21, 28 

November 4, 11, 18 (last two dates if needed).

5:00pm – 7:00pm Atlantic Time

Online or in-person (depending on participant location)
